First, create a new category called arcade. Then, make a new topic. Click this link to find a list of games you are able to put on your site.Link
Next, get the embed code and paste it in your topic. Keep doing that till you have a whole bunch of games. Then, you have an arcade!

There are ways to make better arcades and on self hosted forum software there is usually a plugin for arcades.
