Warning When Hiring Staff

Hello,

If you are hiring staff please read this. It is a warning about hiring staff.

When you hire staff you must make sure that you can trust them, most of all if its an administration position. You should see if they have ever been staff at other sites and contact the site owner and ask for a bit of information about them. You should also consider putting them on trial and not give them so many permissions like banning members or deleting posts until you trust them. If they have ever been banned at a site you should ask the owner why. If you do all this, it will decrease the chance of having an untrustable staff member greatly.

No. Some people may act nice then when they're trusted staff do something really bad.
