1. Make a theme, don't get images from offline, it makes it look bad
2. Change the name of Best Staff to VIP Staff

look for a better theme on hitskin, first pick a colour you want, and take a look at some combinations with that colour and after selecting the theme we'll move to other required modifications. I can do template editing and css as well. for that we need to have phpbb2 as i am not that familiar with punbb.
anyways, start with selecting a theme

1. For iPhone/iPod Touch users, the background loops choppily. Suggested fix: take the same image, and flip it. Then, align it directly under the original image.
