Launch Terminal!

Type in Say then your word

E.G Say hi

your mac should say hi

You can also use Script Editor to change what voice it uses.
Code:
say "your message here!" using "Good News"

You can also use this code to open an app of your choice to then say "Have a nice day!" or whatever:
Code:
display dialog "Would you like me to open (Desired App Name Here)?"
tell application "(Your App Here)"
activate
end tell
say "Have a nice day!"
Note: If activate doesn't work, remove it. It should still work. Wink

I put two of the scripts on a Mac at a BestBuy store:
One that opens iTunes and another that opens Safari.
I wonder if they took it off.
If they didn't they were probably like...
"OMG! THTS AMAZNG!"
(Sorry, the people there act like they don't know 50% of the stuff a Mac does. XD)
