Why did you create ZoneXbox?
There's a huge lack of friendly, fun Xbox communities out there that remain under good management - well in fact there were none before we created ZoneXbox! I've always wanted to own a gaming site and ZoneXbox I thought was the perfect opportunity as yes, there are many Xbox forums out there, but none of them are quite on par of ZoneXbox in my opinion. The real thing we offer is a sense of community.

I was also not running a forum at the time which is something I love to do.

Funniest moment on ZoneXbox?
Probably seeing people's reactions to what I called the 'Official ZoneXbox Theme Tune' which was in fact the theme tune of a very silly television programme on British TV - Mr Blobby! Check out the thread: http://zonexbox.com/forums/showthread.php?676-The-Official-ZoneXbox-Theme-Tune

Any main goals for your forum?
First and foremost, more posts! We'd love to reach the 100,000 post mark and beyond but the main goal is to create and sustain an excellent atmosphere and sense of community always on the site.

Do you think the fun aspect of a forum is as important as the professional aspect?
For ZoneXbox, it's all about the fun of posting and chilling out with others - members are never asked to be professional as it's just a "kick back" area. The professional aspect, if you mean the technical/ management side, is important but I think members and community should always come first.

If you were given 100$ to spend on ZoneXbox what would you buy?
Probably vBSEO to ensure that we remain optimized in search engines and continue to grow!

Did you have to buy the domain zonexbox.com off someone else or did you get it at namecheap,godaddy ect?
My co-partner and co-admin Alex bought the domain name new at 123-reg I believe.

Do you think creating zoneplaystation ect will drain the activity out of ZoneXbox?
Definitely not - the planned sites for the ZoneGaming Network are only there to hopefully expand the awesome sense of community at ZX. We hope to attract a new crowd for each new site while some members will use multiple websites in the network. I don't think he activity will drain - for everyone who goes to ZonePlayStation and makes it a bigger site, the more likely people will visit ZPS and find ZX somewhere in it and decide to post at ZX.

Do you think your forum will continue growing rapidly?
Hopefully - I've been a little more busy lately than I was when we launched so it's slowed down a little but when I can free my time up for promotion etc. we should be able to continue growing if the effort is put in.

Why did you change members to gamers as it could confuse people?
It's just a little twist in the statistics section, globally members are referred to as members not gamers. I don't think it'll confuse people.

If you had to chose between been banned at forumpromotion or loosing zonexbox what would you choose?
Probably being banned at FP, while I love Forum Promotion I love something I created, ZoneXbox, more. I wouldn't like either though!
